ORDERING/SHIPPING
We accept Mastercard or Visa, to order by phone call (386) 454-368. Minimum orders accepted are $50.00, personal check, Visa, Mastercard or money orders. We ship quality, blooming size plants, which are double divisions unless, indicated otherwise in our catalog. Please note S = Single Fan (see legend above general price list). There will be a $10.00 handling charge for each order. We ship via US Postal Service only. Priority Mail Charges are $10.00(handling) plus $1.00 per plant. Express Mail is $10.00 extra plus $2.00 per plant. All Seedlings are $0.50 per plant. Spring shipping begins March 12. We ship your order as quickly as possible and as close to your delivery date as possible. Florida nursery license no. 47219574.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Minimum order $300, payable in US funds. Additional charges: Phytosanitary certificate $60, handling charge $40, shipping charge of $3 per plant. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges above this amount and an Import Permit or other government requirement.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee all plants to be freshly dug, state inspected and true to name. We inspect and double-check each order personally. We send double divisions except those listed as single (S) in the catalog. Please let us know if you have any problems. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your plants when you get them, leave tags in place and return immediately for a full refund.
SUBSTITUTIONS/BONUS
When any variety that you order is not available, we will refund or substitute at your option. If we are not permitted to substitute and we are out of a particular Cultivar we will refund your money for that Cultivar. If permitted to substitute, we will send plants of equal or greater value from your long list as long as stock permits. Only when stock on your list is depleted or if you do not supply a list will we select plants of our choice. We want you to be happy with your order. Regarding bonuses, please supply a list for us even if you won’t let us substitute. Just make a long Sub or bonus list on the back of the order form or on a separate sheet if needed. Our minimum bonus is 10% of order excluding shipping. We also give 15% bonus for orders over $250 and 20% bonus for orders over $500.
