[EYES WIDE SHUT X (AGE OF ELEGANCE X MINSTREL'S FIRE)] Although dominated by the apparently black eye BLACK BERRY BEAUTY also has a slight hint of the layers of color it posess with a slight purple pink wash around the eye. First generation seedlings also have this trait often to a greater degree and often producing larger eyezones and a bold edge. Colors range in shades from near white, pink and lavender petals with single and multi layered eyes in a multitude of shades including lavender, orange, red, purple and black. | $100 | |

(ALL THE MAGIC X EDGE OF LACE) Truly ONE OF A KIND this flower is of a heavy waxy substance and has pleated petal edges from the center of the throat to about one third of the way onto the petal (simular to ANASTASIA but much more pronounced). I am reasonably sure that I tracked this cultivar's parantage correctly but this flower is so different from either parent and all it's siblings that I wonder. A difficult pollen parent but fertile pollen parent I used ONE OF A KIND last year on everything with even a hint of a pinched throat. Slow to increase. | $125 | |

It is in the background of several thousand seedlings and also produced RED EYE GRAVY which was introduced last Fall. My most productive crosses to date come with PEPPERMINT RAGE X MINSTREL'S FIRE. I currently have 2 registrations using this cross(POWERFUL THING and RAGING FIRESTORM) Both were registered as 2nd year seedlings because I knew I would introduce them. Fantastic wide single and double edges are consistantly produced and I have well over 100 hundred selected seedlings from this single cross. POWERFUL THING is pollen fertile and very pod fertile and will be used extensively in my future hybrizing efforts. | $125 | |
